Used for shrinkage control, wrinkle recovery finishing on dyed cotton and synthetic fabrics. Gives a durable, stiff, resilient hand to nylon. Used as a binder for non-woven. Low formaldehyde.

 Catalyst amount used is based on the solid content of resin:

Control shrinkage of cotton and rayon. Improves crock fastness of prints and solid shades. Insolubility starch and polyvinyl alcohol, very good for interlining treatment. Durable to laundering and dry cleaning. Builds hand on polyester / cotton and polyester /rayon blends. Provide firm, resilient finishes on nylon. Increase wash fastness and durability to dry cleaning of water repellent and fluorochemical. Improves wash fastness of direct and reactive dyes.

A newly develop Glyoxal resin commands excellent properties in both a pre-cure durable-press and wash and wear finishing agent for cotton, rayon and cellulose-synthetic fabrics blends.

Suntex Resin LF-N is very lower formaldehyde products. and in the treatment process the catalyst is not required.

Carbonate type emulsion that provides oil and water repellency to nearly all fabrics made from natural or synthetic fibers. CG - 180 can be used alone on most synthetic fibers it also can be combined with select resins and textile auxiliaries to give excellent performance on natural fibers or synthetic / natural blend fabrics.
